Welcome to “Blooming Art By Chris”, Floral & Nature Images by Chris Hewitt. We are delighted for you to visit our website, and know that it brings such joy to photograph these images and make these amazing floral prints available for you to enjoy.

WEBSITE POLICIES:

Please review the sections below for information on payment, shipping, copyright, and more.

Photos are printed in-studio using either photo paper or acid-free archival 100% rag paper on a high quality Epson inkjet printer with archival inks.

Images are available in sizes listed. Please let us know if you would like to have an image in a size that is not listed.

Personalized orders are available upon request for a small additional fee.

Our Watermark will not appear on purchased images.

Our “Blooming Art By Chris” studio is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

PAYMENT:

We accept PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required to use a credit card with PayPal.

NC sales tax will be collected for buyers residing in North Carolina.

SHIPPING:

Your order begins once payment has been received.

We ship only within the continental 48 states of the United States of America.

Shipping fees include the cost of packing materials, and all items will be carefully packed for protection and safe delivery.

All prints are made to order and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours.

Shipping can take additional time if your order has been placed during a weekend, holiday, or if it’s a multiple print order.

Prints will be carefully rolled and placed in a reinforced tube for shipping.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. This email will also include a tracking number.

Overnight shipping is available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering so we can inform you of the actual upgrade shipping cost and add it to the total.

DAMAGE:

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as your package is received. You will be asked to provide a photo for proof of damages, both the exterior of the packaging and the enclosed items. This will be very helpful for filing an insurance claim. Once we verify the damage, we will resend your order.

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipper to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will file a claim with the shipping company (USPS), and ship you a replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

RETURNS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the “Made To Order” nature of our business, we are not able to offer returns, changes, or cancellations. In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged during shipping, in that case, we will reorder the same item(s) for no additional charge. Please follow the instructions under the DAMAGE Section above.

All orders are “Custom Orders”, so please consider carefully before ordering.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

Please understand that colors may vary slightly due to calibration of computers and monitor screens that the images are viewed on, and the images that you see may not have accurate color representation displayed on your monitor screen. Also be aware that computer screens and monitors are back-lit and photos are not. If you are concerned about an image color, please contact us prior to purchase.

All images are the property of the Photographer and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any way without prior written consent.
